1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of ALL CARE DRAIN AND LEAK DETECTION ("All Care," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all plumbing services provided in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided

All Care provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to:

  • Drain cleaning and unclogging
  • Electronic leak detection
  • Sewer line repair and replacement
  • Video pipe inspections
  • Hydro jetting services
  • Slab leak detection
  • Emergency plumbing services

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointment Scheduling: Services are scheduled by phone at (405) 435-6704 or through our website contact form.

Emergency Services: Same-day and emergency services are available but may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service call fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Estimates: We provide upfront estimates before beginning work. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Additional Charges: Additional fees may apply for emergency services, weekend work, or services requiring specialized equipment.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Service Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our services.

Warranty Period: Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be explained before work begins.

Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial assessment.

6. Property Access and Safety

Property Access: Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Property Protection: We take reasonable precautions to protect your property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.

Utilities: Customer is responsible for ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are accessible as needed for service completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

All Care's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Oklahoma state law. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Licensing and Insurance

All Care is fully licensed by the State of Oklahoma and maintains current liability insurance and bonding. License and insurance information is available upon request.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services provided will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Oklahoma state law.
